| So, for those of you who really understand what they are (unlike me,) which side are you on? I technically declare myself a Republican, but I only base my reasoning off of this website HERE.I dunno, what are your opinions? | |

| I am a person who chooses neither, because whoever came up with the idea of political parties, is an idiot.
With them, a majority of voters just vote for whoever is on their side, and not seeing what that person has done or planned to do.

| I hate that there are essentially two parties and that's the end of it, and that a lot of people vote just because someone has a D or R next to the ballot. That's so stupid.
That said, I like aspects of both. I like the values of what the Republicans claim and the concept of smaller government, but I ironically like the bigger government ideas of Democrats. Oh and their lower taxes on NORMAL NON RICH people.
Frankly, I'd rather either have nearly no government or a super-government. I don't like this nambsy pambsy in-between stuff.

| Once I obtain the ability to vote, I plan on just voting for the best candidate. I really don't care about either side. | |

Yeah, that's a good plan up until you get there and realize that to learn about every candidate is like a full time job and it's really tough especially with all the mud-slinging commercials out there. Sadly politics is called "politics" for a reason, and nothing is ever so easy to learn about in it. In my experience, anyway.

In my experience, anyway. True, true. I'll probably just watch a debate or two and decide from there or something. Or something.
