I don't mean to brag but I am pretty immersed in the webcomics scene. I've read from the greats like PvP to other comics like *shiver* Chugworth academy(which wasn't always bad, just the writer totally bitched out and rebooted out of no where). So yeah, this is where we talk about web comics and such.

Anyone here read Between Failures?

Nope.

I'm just going to list the ones I do read, I guess.

Awkward Zombie, MSPaint Adventures recently. I'll read peachifruit's things when she actually makes them, I'm far behind in Questionable Content, I'm catching up in Pictures for Sad Children, and I read Buttercup Festival a while back. That's all I can think of now.

I have more webcomics bookmarked than I bother to read regularly, but I don't care to recommend many.

Erfworld: In a world that greatly resembles a strategy game with an unhealthy overdose of references to our world, the nation of Gobwins Knob is in great need of a new warlord to save there nation from destruction at the hands of a coalition of nations seeking to do just that. They get Parson Gotti, an overweight gaming obsessed nerd, who despite being out of place in Erfworld is all too familiar with the world itself. Better than it sounds, if you ask me.

I relate completely. Erfworld is good, makes me hungry though.

Seriously though, check out Betweenfailures. The best way I can describe it is to imagine one of those awesome slacker movies from the nineties, but a comic. Geeky conversations, snarky come-backs, and a great cast of characters both lovable and hatable. I oughta get the book to this some time.

PostSubject: Why CAD sucks   Mon Sep 06, 2010 5:37 pm

Okay time for a Wiisnake review of a webcomic,
Today I will be reviewing Ctrl-Alt-Del a webcomic that has managed to garner mucvh controversy, oh almoast forgot *WARNING* I am a prententious f****t and highly opininated and I look forward to this posts forth coming controversy. Okay now where was I oh yes CAD, well CAD is without aa doubt the worst webcomic written ever unfortunetly the cvreator Tim Buckley's ego is so big that he faikls to see the reason people would hate him for doing an abortion arc, stealing ones character without permission only to turn the shirt black when called out for it, and banning everyone who criticizes him on his forums, and on top of that the writing is just s**t the jokes aren't funny and usually only use randomness for jokes, and I mean bad randomness, but wait theres more! The main character, Ethan is in reality an authorsue for Buckley to live out his fantasys with out getting in trouble, all in all this is more a rant than a review.
