| The Battle Zone was a terrible idea of mine in the first place. It's one of the only regrets I've had in the past 10 years. | |

| Battle Zone is a great concept, but ours doesn't necessarily lack the opinions of Meev and Peri but the people like Meev and Peri that are willing to fire up a debate. Those who are not afraid to discuss controversial topics, and to bring them out in the open. I'll often respond to people like Meev and Peri but I generally don't start anything. Why? I'm lazy. | |

| ... I dunno about that... I don't think you need a particular zone for either, I guess. When the times arise where people disagree, they should disagree and share each others' points of view. When someone needs comfort and help, they should be able to get it without going to some specific location and avoiding others. Seems like that's the best plan, because then there's a unity to it all. | |

I still don't understand, though I usually don't post anything there, I thought it was an amazing idea, it was like an organized mental breakdown. [/sarcasm] - Fordy wrote:

I'm opinionated, as with everyone else my age, but nobody will bother to listen to me

I'm opinionated, as with everyone else my age, but nobody will bother to listen to me Opinions I listen to are ones firmly grounded in facts and analysis of said facts. Making huge leaps and generalizations have a bad tang.

Making huge leaps and generalizations have a bad tang. If you were talking about the college thing, most of the "generalizations" were from waiting for superman, but i realize my sentences were a jumbled mess because of my somewhat mixed emotions about the whole thing and that I always get on the forum pretty late. It may not help prove my point or anyting, but I am somewhat socially awkward and have troubles getting my points across.

| Yea, that's true.
But you tend to find those that are younger won't really look into topics they want to debate about, something that never ends well. I for one don't care if someone is 3 or 30, if they know all about what they want to talk about let them put in their 10 cents. Or 20 cents, whatever the case may be.
