Operation: Old School - Part 1

I wonder if you did the "It's true" part as a last ditch effort to save time.

Anyway, good so far.

Nope, that was in the script from the start. Actually the original script called for Fred to say "Uh huh!" each time, but it didn't fit well. Then I rerecorded it with "It's true" and "I agree" and "Yup" to try a bunch of different things. It's true ended up being the best. (Who knew so much work went into one little line?) My last ditch effort to save time was to cut about 45 seconds from the end of this part, lol. Wait until you see it completed!

As for completing it, I couldn't say for sure. I'd love it to be soon, but I have some family obligations to take care of next week so that's going to delay stuff a bunch. As soon as I can, that's for sure. Because then I need to get moving on the NEXT cartoon! (I actually have no idea what that one will be. Maybe Mailbag 52?)
