| You know damn well I've been sober for twenty years! My wife never died, she left me for a life as a missionary and we still talk through letters. I did go on a business trip, and I did leave Timmy under your care, when I came back the cops came to my house and told me he had been missed, but that the search for him was called off. The last he was seen was at your house, you tell me what is not suspicious about that! Hmm!!! HMMMMMM! TELL ME!! | |

| The doctors told me you were getting worse. They said I should never tell you what really happened, because you might get even worse, but I think it's time. It was Timmy's fourth birthday, and all he ever wanted to do was was to ride a lawnmower. You invited me over, I was going to spend the night drinking away my troubles (my wife Jesse died in a car accident two weeks prior), but came anyway. I brought over a six pack of beer just in case you wanted any. At this point in your life you drank occasionally, and had three beers while celebrating Timmy's birthday. You got Timmy everything he wanted except for a ride on a lawnmower. When Timmy asked if he could take a ride on your lawnmower, you were very drunk. You said you would go get it out of the shed for him, as you gave me a video camera to film this event. 15 minutes later you returned on the lawnmower, you were to drunk to drive. You accidentally ran over Timmy and your wife, killing them both. You ran the lawnmower into a tree knocking yourself out. I called 911. When they came, I showed them the tape while the ambulance took you to the hospital, where you were in a coma for a week. When you woke up we told you what happened and, you refused the truth telling us that ONE: You were on a business trip for a week and Timmy was at my house, so I had to be the murderer. TWO: Your wife left you as a missionary and you would be getting a letter from her in the mail soon. THREE: You had been sober for years now. You told me/the cops/the doctors to leave your house, when you were clearly in a hospital bed. You were very delusional. Your son and wife were buried in a unmarked tomb so when you were ready to deal with the truth we could have a more proper burial. Since you expected a letter from your wife me and people who knew your wife well have been posing as her, and sending you them for years now. Your doctors tell me, we can show you the tape if your finally ready to except the truth...

| I never thought I would have to tell anyone this, but here it goes. So, you were right, I never went on a business trip. I went on an island vacation with my wife and Timmy stayed with my mother. I had a few too many drinks and started yelling and hitting my wife and she left me that night. I came back home, but didn't tell anybody. I was so mad at myself for what I had done, that I decided to never have a drink again. Making this promise didn't make me feel any better and soon I became extremely depressed and even suicidal. I decided to turn myself in to a mental hospital until I felt better. I called my mother and told her that we would be staying on vacation for another week and to send Timmy to your house. She pointed out that this week was Timmy's birthday and that he was happy to see us, but I told her to do it anyway. I felt awful about lying and I felt awful that I would be missing my child's birthday. It turned out that I wasn't as depressed as I thought I was, but instead just really needed someone to talk to, so I was released just in time for Timmy's birthday. I rushed out to the mall and bought Timmy everything he had asked for. I drove to your house and as soon as I pulled in, it seemed that you were giving Timmy the one thing he had needed for the past two weeks, a father. I watched as you played in the yard, until you were about to make a huge mistake. You were about to show him how to tackle in football, and were going to demonstrate by tackling him, but what you didn't know about Timmy was that he had no internal organs or a skeleton, just a cyto-skeleton, making him very weak and fragile. I ran over to try and stop you, buy it was too ate. You tackled my son, crushing him completely and in my blind rage I hit you so hard in the head that it sent you into a coma for a month. I felt so bad about what I had done to you that I blamed myself for the whole mess to protect you. I also told you that my wife had been killed along with Timmy and you went along with the whole lie. I'm sorry I never told you the truth, but I thought it would ruin your life. Over the years I've come to forgive you now that I have another, healthier son, besides it wasn't your fault that you did't know about Timmy's rare disease, I should have told you, but neglected it. I'm sorry told you all this, but I hope you can cope with it and we can all move on with our lives. | |
