Try Flapjack. It doesn't have quite the same soul as the 90s cartoons and the characters aren't as real, but it's genuinely FUNNY and not just stupid like most recent cartoons, and it's really a fun watch.

I've never seen it. I really only watch Cartoon Network for the occasional Ed Edd 'n Eddy or Billy and Mandy marathon, which oddly only happens when I'm sick.

Ed, Edd, and Eddy was EPIC. Billy and Mandy started weak but evolved into something great. Aside from the movies, the last episodes were pretty weak though.

Also, EVIL CON CARNE WAS loving GENIOUS AND CARTOON NETWORK IS EVIL

I about came my eleven year old pants when I saw that Skarr moved into Billy's neighborhood, and Hector himself appeared several times as an extra and in backgrounds.

Odd, wraith. I've never heard of that and I was really a Nickelodeon kid.

I really liked the feild trip episode where they got lost...
Especcially the part where the bus driver goes out to ask directions and while the kids are trying to decide what to do, you see the driver attacking a scarecrow in the background :P

That and how the mom had a metal plate in her head :P

The bus driver was awesome... I loved when that one kid starting singing the song that makes him go crazy and he started making everyone on the bus sing along with him. :P

And I almost forgot about when little Pete had to bounce the radio signal off her head to close the garage door. :stare:

I started off with Rocko's modern, and CatDog. I was there for the beginning of Fairly Odd, Spongebob, and Invader Zim.

Zim was awesome before it was eaten by Mall Goths. Catdog was great, too. I wasn't much into Rocko's modern life but its humor wasn't as zany as the other shows'.

How has noone mentioned the Angry Beavers yet? Their theme kicked SO MUCH ASS.
