Blah blah, reviewers say that Metroid is mostly good but I'm gonna whinge anyway about a couple of bad ones.

Stop relying on reviewers, and just look at the gameplay videos and trailers or what have you to tell you if the game might be good. Since it's Metroid, it may well be amazing anyway.
