Home --> Administration panel (bottom of screen) --> Switch from "Simple" to "Advanced" --> "General" tab --> Left hand side: "word censoring" --> Scroll down to bottom --> "Add word"

Remember, though... Don't go too far. :P Changing "is" and "isn't" is a bit much, for instance. And don't swap out normal words for swears ("me at" = "dick" is a no).
