Ok but the thing is, Obama was 9 and this guy was in his 20's when this happened. So, Obama had nothing to do with inviting the guy over for dinner, it was more or likely his PARENTS.

A.) I didn't say socialism is a brand of communism. It's the go-between of capitalism and communism.

B.) Not even half of Europe is socialistic, you twit. Some European states have socialistic traits, but they are capitalisms. Learn a little more about government next time.

C.) "Destroys the American dream"? What is the "American dream", then? Not having enough money to support your family when times are bad or when you can't afford medical help? I grew up poor, and let me tell you, it's not pleasant. Ever tried to pay for medical bills when you can hardly afford your crappy house with no heat? No? Sigh... You know, I honestly never really liked either one more than the other all that much. I just kind of lean towards Obama and have never really cared to go any farther than just barely hoping he'd win. But when I see stuff like what Wii-Lover was saying -- that is, total ignorance, a blind dislike of something, and, well... Stupidity -- it sets me off. If someone had been saying things like that about McCain, I probably would have defended him as well. It's the lack of knowledge that bugs me, mainly when people act like they know things that they simply don't.
