Google+

Basically, it kicks enormous amounts of ass, and is approximately 10000000000000X better than Facebook. And I don't even really care for social networking.

So, who wants an invite? You're not supposed to sign up if you're under 18, but there's always, you know, lying.

I've seen this SO MUCH on twitter as of late. TBH, I probably won't use it until it overtakes facebook, which I hardly use anyway. I'll take an invite though.

I'm wary, at best.
One one hand, it's Google, and I like Google...
On the other hand, it IS social networking, which I hate...
On the other hand, it's NOT Facebook.
Plus, it's Google, so it's not like they can steal any NEW information from me through this, so that's out of the way...

It's actually really tasteful, and it seems to incorporate what little usefulness there is from Facebook, while removing the crap. I forgot to mention that I'll need Gmail accounts, also.

I've heard good stuff about this, but there is no one I know on there so I am not even trying.

The only people I know using it right now are my brother and his friends. I'll join when more people go over.

I was too, but I eventually caved for Facebook... Google+ is really, really nice, though. It's not tacky and childish like Myspace, or as serious and sterile as Facebook -- it's like what social networking should be. A way to keep in touch, or to just dick around, without making you into a tool. And hey, it's Google. You know you want to.

Papy: I'll send an invite, but if Gmail thinks you're under 18, it may not work. If that's the case, make a new one and give me that address instead.

I turn 18 in two months, so I'll just wait until then to see if it gets popular and make the decision.

I think my biggest problem with Google+ is that a total of like 2 people I know use it. And only one of those two actually uses it consistently.

Anybody who has Google+ can send an invite, I don't think there is any limit on the amount you can send.

Yeah... I think once activity picks up, I may just forgo Facebook altogether. It's become such Nazism lately anyway, and the devs are so far removed from reality that it's just astounding.
