| Power to the people! The system is a lie, its sole purpose is to bring the man down! Say "NO!" to the establishment and its inherently flawed ideals! You don't need governing! You don't need to fill politicians' pockets! People are born to be free!

| Oh, but did you know, that people will kill other people just for the sake of it? | |

Yeah, and then those people will kill those people... then it would go in a complete circle until 1 person is dead, and then that person would get really bored and will kill himself.

| But apparently if you were responsible for justice, you would be promptly murdered. If you do not fear this, why bring it up? :| | |

In theory i love capital punishment, the only problem is it makes people murder witnesses too.

| Woo, a violent accomplice! Down with mandatory society! (of which I must assume papytendo is a mascot, so as not to lose an associate) :=P: - Quote :

As far as I'm concerned, the death penalty should only be applied to proven murderers, but yes, I'm for it. I don't think a murderer is much more likely to kill witnesses if he or she is to be killed rather than incarcerated for most of his or her life, as such people are by definition pretty murderous and the clinker isn't generally their idea of a good time. In fact I'd warrant that more murderers are suicidal than longing for prison.

| Pff, if Anarchy were truelly declared, a new government would be in place before too long. In an anarchial state, people would only group together to try and survive. Then those people would naturally elect a leader. Then, BAM, we have government again. It's only instinct.
The only way anarchy could last is if there were only one person involved...

| Lol, Gman really has the spirit down. :lmao:
It doesn't matter if people form groups, as long as people don't have to be in those groups. People can not live on the land "owned" by developed countries at the moment without paying tax (protection money) to the local gang (government), who also gets do decide what the said people can and can't do, which resources are available to them and worst of all, what said people must do.
I don't think people would suddenly start murdering for the hell of it in an anarchist state, as if real people are in charge of their punishment, it will be imaginative it will not be lenient (see Dark Ages). People these days live in enough comfort that there is really no incentive to do that sort of poo without very real provocation.
Of course, where there are multiple people, rules will be set up between them, but in an anarchy, these rules are reasonable and relevant.
