Dizzy, both our next games are against Algeria and Slovenia. Having watched the first half of their game, I can safely say that both our teams are going to slaughter them. Enjoy it while you can.

Actually, if you finish second (which you will because we will definately do better against those two than you will absolutely no question about it ) you could end up playing Germany, and there nowhere near as strong as usual due to injuries and the tragic suicide of the goalkeeper. This could be your chance to get to the quarters.

Your supposed to be bragging about how your humble side managed to get a draw against one of the top teams in the world, albeit it was through an (inevitable) absolutely awful, dreadful, wouldn't-happen-in-an-kids-game dick-up.

Heck you could have won it with that shot that our keeper parried against the post, and whilst that went down as a 'superb save', it was actually incredibly lucky as what should have been another routine saved was almost fucked up and the shot pretty much went through him, and a slight deflection of his hand was just, just enough to get it against the post (not that he meant it).

Also our manager is... a bit bad. We play Heskey purely because we can hoof the ball up to him and he can keep it. His layoff to Gerrard was nice but he missed a good heading chance and a one on one that any other player in the England side would have scored... but no, he doesn't score goals as a striker, he's just really really tall. >_<

Thing is, he's never been a strong first choice keeper - nobody was sure if he was even going to play- and England keepers have a torrid history of fucking up. So a less than solid looking only just first choice keeper that has never been convincing... it was always going to happen sooner or later.

Almost identical, cost us a place in Euro 2008. Was the keepers first ever game for England. His career has been ruined since.





Now add Robert Green to the list.

Hopefully this mistake wont prove to be as costly as the others. Though Slovenia won (worst game ever, awful goal, awful keeping) so they'll be hyped to a get a result against you guys or dare I say it us. 0.o

you know how before there were specific teams who were the best and were almost adjourned to being in quarter-finals (Spain, France, England, Argentina, Uruguay, Germany, Brazil) and every other team that entered the World Cup was absolute suck.
