That Germany Australia game was rubbish. Absolutely terrible. What was Australia DOING? Aside from embarrassing themselves in front of the world. Awful, awful, awful.

This is why people in the US hate soccer. That was an abysmal performance that can hardly be called a competition at all.

Anyway, hope tomorrow's matches are more interesting. With teams that are BOTH good, not just one of them.

It was a fantastic attacking display from the Germans, not many teams would have stood up to that. Granted the Australians were poor but it could have been a very different game if they'd taken that chance in the first few minutes.
